HOW DO I GET TO HOTELL ARKAD FROM THE CENTRAL STATION?
It takes approximately 5 minutes to walk from Västerås Central Station to Hotell Arkad. Follow the signs toward the city center, and you will quickly reach the hotel.
CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE HOTEL?

When bringing a dog, the guest must contact the hotel to check the availability of dog rooms before booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, the dog will be given a dog bed and dog treats.

The reception closes at 12:00 AM. If you plan to arrive later than this, please contact the hotel in advance so that we can prepare your check-in. We will then send you all the necessary information on how to easily check in on your own after closing hours.
Hotell Arkad is located just a 5-minute walk from Västerås Central Station and offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city. Perfect for both business travelers and tourists.
The hotel offers a smaller meny with a variet of dishes. If you're thirsty, we have a wide selection of wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic options.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A RECEIPT FROM THE HOTEL?
Supervised parking is available in the hotel’s inner courtyard. The number of parking spaces is limited, so we recommend that guests pre-book a parking space by phone to secure availability.

Check-in at Hotell Arkad is available from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. If you arrive later than 11:30 PM, you must contact the hotel. Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM.
Late check-out, subject to availability: SEK 150 per hour.
If you have not received a receipt for your stay by email, you can contact the hotel and we will be happy to send you a new receipt. You can find the hotel’s contact details on our website. If you booked through a booking channel, the receipt will be issued by, for example, Booking or Hotels.

IS THERE A SAUNA & RELAXATION AT THE HOTEL?
As a guest at Hotell Arkad, you have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing time in our sauna area at no extra cost. The sauna can be booked at the reception. On the lower floor, there are also game activities available, such as billiards, darts, backgammon, chess, and card games.
